Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Pricing and payment
All prices displayed on this website are in AUD.
Purchases from the online store will be confirmed when you complete payment for the items and for delivery.
Delivery information
Box orders must be placed by 5pm the day before your scheduled delivery day.
Free delivery zone is approximately 25km from the store, further delivery fees apply as per postcode list below.

You can use the above map (we only deliver to the coloured areas as per the above postcode lists) or the postcode checker on the cart page to see whether we deliver to your address & when.
Deliveries are between 8am and 6pm.
If you live outside of the current delivery zone or want to pick up your box instead you can choose to collect your box from our shop any day by selecting pick up from store.
If you place a pick up order by 2pm weekdays and 12pm weekends you can collect your order from the store the same day within our trading hours. You will receive an email notification once it is ready for collection.
Please stipulate any specific delivery requests during check out. For example, if your property is particularly difficult to locate or you would like to provide the driver with a security code to gain access to your front door.
You will receive a text message and email with shipping details on the day of delivery. This will include an estimated time window for delivery.
If you are not available to receive your delivery in person, the order shall be left in a location of the driver’s discretion at the customer’s risk.
Please make sure your delivery details are correct. If the driver is unable to leave your box in a reasonable location, we will be in contact to arrange a second delivery attempt (additional delivery charge).
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We do our best to deliver on time, however if we are delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible.
A minimum order of $50 for free zones, $70 for $9.99 zones & $100 for $14.99 zones* (excluding delivery charge) is required for delivery. *Pinjarra 6208, Dawesville 6211 & Bullsbrook etc 6084 have a minimum order of $150.
While we will endeavour to deliver all accepted orders, our products are subject to availability and we do not always know if a product is, or will be, available for delivery at the time of accepting an order. If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered we may offer a reasonable substitute.

Cancellation policy
Orders cancelled 48 hours before expected delivery time will incur an administrative fee of $10
Orders cancelled after this time will be charged for in full.
Returns and refunds
We do our best to make sure that every Box is just right – but we acknowledge that mistakes do happen and are more than happy to chat to you and resolve the situation if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our product.
If you receive the incorrect box or products please let us know immediately and we will refund or replace them.
Health & disclaimer
Please ensure that all necessary items (i.e Juices, Milk, Pre-Packed Food etc.) are refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery.
